Woningstichting SWZ in Zwolle bestaat honderd jaar. Het jubileum staat in het teken van het thema Duurzaamheid'. Eén van de grootste activiteiten is het bouwen van een zogenoemd Earthship. Het gaat om een theehuis, in het park De Nooterhof. Het eerste Earthship werd gebouwd door Mike Reynolds in de Verenigde Staten.
